The Heat Wave

We want to take a moment and give our thanks and appreciation to all of the first responders, wildfire fighters, air support, and countless others who are keeping us safe and informed through this intense fire season.

Special shout out to the volunteer fire departments, like Cache Creek Fire Department! Here’s Chief Tom Moe with a quick chocolate milk break.

Thank you for doing what you do so we can do what we do!

Did you know:

Chocolate Milk is a great sports recovery drink. Compared to plain milk, water, or most sports drinks, it has double the carbohydrate and protein content, perfect for replenishing tired muscles. Its high water content replaces fluids lost as sweat, preventing dehydration.
